Harry Xenu is an experimental/noise band that consists of Jeremy Kelly and Overand. They use a variety of electronic "devices" to produce a range of sounds that can be serene... occasionally. The rest of the time, the music has been shown (in double-blind placebo-controlled clinical studies) to produce spontaneous abnormal appendage growth in laboratory rodents.
